Completely Numb
Unfortunately our situation went from terribly bad to worse. The chain of events that have happened today are causing us to believe that someone is telling us to "get out of dodge!" All of it is UNBELIEVABLE. We are no longer sure about our appointment tomorrow with the Director of the SDA due to a confrontation that took place today between our facilitator and the Director. It appears that Jess and I are in the middle of a feud that is not ours. We have been trying to stay afloat but others are sinking us.It is our worst nightmare. Continuing to reach out and will exhaust every single resource before we leave this place. Will write more once I wrap my head around all of this.

We want you to know that EVERYONE involved with your efforts are thinking of you with overwhelming sadness and disbelief at what has gone on in the Ukraine. We are OUTRAGED at this so called adoption process and are at a loss in knowing what to do. If there is anything you think we can do on our end...anything at all, let us know. In the meantime, continue to fight this fight that doesn't really even seem to be yours.
We love you guys and more than anything we all know that this whole mess is one MONUMENTAL LOSS for all.

Only God knows and he will show you the way and maybe the way is not where you are at this moment in time. Out there some where is a small hand reaching out for someone to love of course that is both of you so. You need to come home to your house and Maggie and rest up for more challenges to come in finding that someone who is meant for you.

You Two are amazing, don't leave quietly. It isn't over until you say so.. Your child is out there waiting for you if not there somewhere else. We love you so much and whatever you need consider it done. Mia has her whole school praying for you and Despi has a St. Jude candle burning and her people praying, nothing is impossible.

Stay strong. Maybe tomorrow will be a better day. I hope that you work things out with the people you are dealing with. It is a shame that you are having to go through all of this. I wonder - what would be the reason? We all love you and will support you no matter what happens.

Words cannot touch the emotion we all feel for you and the bitter angst and disappointment and helplessness you must feel in this foreign land. You have such gifts to give to some lucky child waiting for you. Both of you have worked so hard to prepare for this moment only to stand with the door about to close. You both are so passionate, honest and articulate. Your smiles show the love you have to share. Go tomorrow and take a deep breath and show them that they are so wrong not to treat you as you should be. We all hold our prayers and thoughts that this will turn around if it is meant to be.
